In accordance with international regulations, including those aimed at preventing money laundering, online trading service providers are required to implement thorough identity verification procedures. These measures not only help prevent fraudulent activity but also enable us to assess each client’s financial profile, allowing us to better support their trading needs and risk management.
We are committed to providing fair and equal access to our services. These verification procedures are designed to be inclusive and should not pose a barrier to any user, regardless of their financial or social background.

Required Documents for Account Funding
To ensure compliance and security, clients are required to provide the following documents when funding a trading account:
Proof of Identity: A color copy of both sides of a valid government-issued ID (passport or driver’s license).
Proof of Address: A recent utility bill or bank statement (issued within the last 3 months) showing the full name and address.
Proof of Payment: For any new credit/debit card used, provide:
Front copy: Showing the last 4 digits, expiry date, and cardholder’s name.
Back copy: Showing the last 4 digits and the cardholder’s signature.
Deposit Declaration Form: This form must be printed, completed, and hand-signed after each deposit.

Refund Method
Refunds will be processed in the same currency and to the same account and/or credit card originally used for the deposit. If the client fails to provide valid bank transfer details within 5 business days, the Company reserves the right to cancel the refund request. Bank details must be submitted as an official document from the client’s bank, including the bank’s stamp and logo, and must clearly show:IBAN or account number
SWIFT/BIC
Routing number (if applicable)
Customer name
Bank name and address
Refund & Deposit Fees
The Company may apply a commission for deposits and refunds, including associated electronic transfer fees. Depending on the chosen payment method, this fee may range between €25 and €50 per bank transfer. All applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.Submission Process
All refund requests must be submitted through the Company’s official website. Requests submitted via other channels will not be processed.Processing Time
Upon approval, the refund amount (minus any applicable fees) will be transferred within seven (7) business days, provided the client has met all margin and verification requirements as determined by the Company.Cancellation of Refund Requests
The Company reserves the right to deny or cancel refund requests at its discretion under the following circumstances:The remaining account balance after refund is insufficient to maintain open positions.
The client has not been fully verified and has not submitted the required KYC documents, including:
Valid identity document (color copy, both sides)
Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
Proof of payment (credit/debit card front and back showing only the last 4 digits, expiry date, name, and signature)
Failure to provide signed deposit statements or bonus agreements (if applicable).
Failure to submit the required signed documentation within 5 business days.
Exceptional Circumstances for Card Refunds
The Company may issue a refund back to the original card in the following cases:The customer remains unverified for 14 business days following the transaction.
The Company suspects the transaction was initiated by a third party.
The customer is found to be in breach of the Accepted Customer Agreement.
Note: The Company does not charge any commission for card-based refunds.
